We are excited to be launching Afterpay as a payment option in-store.  Conditions apply, please read the below for more information:

How to make a purchase – $200 minimum spend

  • Download the Afterpay app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
  • Log in or create an Afterpay account
  • Tap the ‘Card’ tab and follow the steps to set up the Afterpay Card & add it to your digital wallet
  • At the register, launch the Afterpay app and tap the ‘Card’ tab to see the amount you have available to spend
  • Tap the ‘Pay with Afterpay Card’ button to activate the Afterpay Card and launch it in your digital wallet. (For Apple users, you will be prompted to use either Face ID, Touch ID or device passcode to authenticate your Afterpay purchase)
  • Hold your device on the card reader at the register
  • Success! You’ll see a confirmation of your purchase in the app. Take your items home immediately and pay your purchase total over four instalments.
  • You can also shop online for click and collect convenience using Afterpay as a payment option.  Click here to browse the range

Important to note:

  • Should a refund need to be processed, the refund will need to be processed via the registers and EFTPOS terminals back onto your Afterpay Card through the App.  Under no circumstances will refunds be made in any other way if the purchase was made on Afterpay.  Our store refund policy also applies at all times – you will need to present a valid receipt of purchase and discuss the refund request with management.  Once meat has left the store, we are unable to process refunds for ‘change of mind’ reasons, so please shop carefully.
  • Gold Coast Fresh Meat Centre takes no responsibility for your customer account with Afterpay.  As a third party payment provider, all Afterpay policies apply between you the customer, and Afterpay.  Please see the Afterpay website for full details on opening an account with Afterpay
